Things to know before you get started:
- Submitting an application is not a guarantee that weatherization measures will be performed. Only upon an in-person inspection can such a determination be made.
- Proof of income will be requested for eligibility
- Franklin Energy Services, LLC or other authorized CPS Energy contractor will conduct an energy evaluation of your home to assess what improvements, if any, will have the greatest impact
- Casa Verde is NOT a home repair program - the home must be structurally sound
- Franklin Energy Services, LLC or other authorized CPS Energy contractor will inspect your home to verify installation, to ensure quality of workmanship and to complete a customer satisfaction survey
- You or a representative 18 years of age or older must be on the premise at all times while contractors and/or CPS Energy program staff are working
- There is absolutely no cost to participate
